Joe O'Neill Recipient of the 2001 Volunteer Of the Year Award
Joe O’Neill wore many Hats at Howell United and Howell Soccer Club over the years to earn the volunteer of the year award. Possibly his biggest contribution was as the scheduling director for the Holiday Tournament. Before there were programs to do the tournament schedules for us Joe spent many hours setting schedules, checking conflicts, moving games, changing flights and generally being the #1 reason why Howell United had such a great tournament in the early years. He left a legacy of dedication and hard work that lives on in HUSC.
