In 2000 Joanne Smith and Pattie McLoughlin stepped up and took control of one of the more work intensive parts of the tournament, the Snack Stand.  Over the years it has generated alot of business for the tournament as the tournament grew so did the task of organizing, setting up and overseeing the snack stand.  It is a thankless job that both Joanne and Patti ran very smoothly, leaving the tournament directors to worry about soccer.  They also organized and ran the first Scholarship dinner dance.
