Thank you for registering for the Howell United Thanksgiving Tournament.
If you have not yet paid your entry fee, be advised that the payment deadline is today.
Registration night will be on Tuesday, November 24th, from 6pm - 10pm at Our House Tavern, 420 Adelphia Road, Farmingdale, NJ 07727. All in-state teams are expected to register at that time. Out-of-state teams may register at the location of their first fame, at least one hour prior to their start time.
The following materials are required for registration:
Validated roster and a copy of the team roster for the our records
Player and Coach Passes
Copies of birth certificates for all players
Notarized Medical Releases for all players
Permission to Travel form (out-of-state teams)
HUSC Thanksgiving Tournament Roster Card - completed (will be available from our website)
Tournament Emergency Contact Form - completed (will be available from our website)
The Tournament schedule will be posted by Friday, 11/20/2009
We will have a custom apparel vender on site who can make shirts, sweats, etc with club, team and player name if we have the information in advance. To avail yourself to this service, please forward your roster, team and club logos or information to the Joan Salerno Joansalerno@optonline.net

Coaches and Managers: If you are receiving this email, your team has been accepted to the Howell United Thanksgiving Tournament and your team schedule has been posted. We hope that you enjoy your Thanksgiving and look forward to seeing you on Friday and Saturday. If you have not yet paid your registration fee, your team is in jeopardy of not being able to play. Please send your payment to 145 Archery Court, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. If you have already paid, thank you. Now that your team has been accepted, flighted, and scheduled, we will not entertain requests for refunds except as allowed for in the published tournament rules. We apologize for the delay in the posting of this final schedule, but rest assured that it is the result of many hours of hard work and consideration of the many scheduling requests that we received. We have done our best to accomodate all requests, especially those from teams that are traveling a distance to play here. We are publishing this schedule confident that it is best possible method to meet all requests and obligations and it will not be changed. We sincerely hope we were able to accomdate all of your reqests and that your schedule does not present any issues for you (If you have an 8am game, please understand that are required to have early starts on non-lighted fields because of the waning daylight in the fall). Please make all necessary accommodations for your team to be present and ready to play at scheduled times. There is a list of local hotels on the Tournament website for your convenience. We will see all in-state teams on Tuesday, 11/24 (Our House Tavern) for Team Check-In. Remember to download and bring your completed Howell Tournament Roster Card and Howell Tournament Emergency Contact Form. Please check the website for all required registration documentation. Out of state teams, please arrive at the Tournament HQ tent at your site location at least one hour prior to your first game time to check-in. If the weather is questionable next week, please remember to keep checking the Tournament website for alternate field locations being posted, or in case of extreme weather, we will use our rain date of Sunday, November 29th. In these cases, we will do our best to reach out to all of you affected, but please do check the website for updates. YOU MAY NOT PARK ON ANY GRASS AT BONIM FIELDS.
The township police contacted us today to let us know that ANY car that is not parked in a valid parking spot WILL BE TICKETED tomorrow at the Bonim Soccer Complex.
