Registration

Late Registration (after 11/08/2009) click here.

Team Registration night will be on Tuesday, 11/24 from 6pm-10pm at "Our House Tavern"  420 Adelphia Road, Farmingdale, NJ 07727.  All in-state teams are expected to register on this night.  Out-of-state teams may register at "Headquarters Tent" at the location of their first game, at LEAST one hour prior to their start time.

The following documentation is required at registration:

1. Original validated roster and one photocopy for registration packet

2. Player and Coach passes

3. Birth Certificates for all players

4. Notarized medical releases

5. Permission to Travel (Out of State teams)

6. HUSC Thanksgiving Tournament Roster Card - completed

7. Tournament Emergency Contact Form - completed
