2008/2009 FINANCIAL AID PROGRAM
Howell United Soccer Club is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for financial aid for the fall 2008/spring 2009 year.
The maximum amount of assistance per child is equal to 50% of the cost per player for registration, tournaments and training for your child’s team for the entire soccer year. The maximum amount of assistance is capped at $600 per child.
Eligibility is based upon your gross household income from all sources. The maximum income permitted to qualify is based upon the number of persons in your household in accordance with the table below:

If your income does not exceed the amount stipulated above for the appropriate household size, please download the Financial Assistance Application, fill it out and return it with all required support documentation.
Applications must be submitted by February 21. You may submit the application by handing it to your coach or by mailing it to the address noted on the application.
