2009 Thanksgiving Tournament

The township police contacted us today to let us know that ANY car that is not parked in a valid parking spot WILL BE TICKETED tomorrow at the Bonim Soccer Complex.

The Spirit was on the short end of a 0-1 match againist Massapequa Stars for the Region I Title.  Congratulations to Coach Tom Vigna and the girls on your great run.  All of us at Howell United are STILL very proud of you.  Keep up the great work.

This morning our Howell Spirit defeated Seacoast United (NH) 1-0 in the Region I Semi-Finals and will play Massapequa Stars (ENY) in the Region I Finals on July 1st at 8:15am. GO SPIRIT!!!

After defeating Penn Forest on Friday (WPA) 2-0 and Lighthouse Express (EPA) on Saturday 1-0, they tied Hockessin SC (DE) Sunday 0-0 to reach the Region I Semi-Finals to be played Monday at 8:00am.  There opponent will be Seacoast United (NH).  Good Luck Spirit!

Congradulations to the U14 Lady Bandits on their Championship win at the Hershey Invitational Tournament this past fathers day weekend.  Team went undefeated in the four games playing against teams from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Conneticut scoring 10 goals and giving up only 1 goal.  Well Done Lady Bandits!   

The Spirit took on the defending State Cup Champs from PDA.  The Spirit scored about 10 minutes into the game, kept the pressure on most of the game and walked away with a 1-0 victory.  Everyone at Howell United is very Proud of the girls and the coaches.

Next its on to the Regionals in July!!!
